Equipment - Classes of 4 people.  An invigorating, and fun full-body session, using spring resistance to increase essential muscle mass without bulk and increase your flexibility and mobility.   Suitable for all levels and ability  When your body is working with springs there is tension on the muscle in both the shortening and the lengthening stage.  This means double the workload and therefore double the results.  Getting your feet into these foot strap springs will make your legs feel longer and your hips feel wonderful!
