Equipment - Classes of 4 people.  An invigorating and fun full-body workout, using spring resistance to increase essential muscle mass without bulk and increase flexibility and mobility.   Suitable for  all levels and ability  When your body is working on springs there is tension on the muscle on its shortening stage and its lengthening stage meaning double the workload and therefore double the results. Get your feet into these foot springs and your hips will feel wonderful!
