About Gentle Yoga

 
 

In this gentle yoga class, we use asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), to help to bring peace and strength to the mind and body.

We start with seated poses, moving into seated or standing flow (depending on who is in class) to build some 'fire' (yang) the second half of the class is much like our 'candlelit' class with supported poses which are more cooling (yin) and leave you feeling peaceful and restored.

This class is suitable for all ages and levels and all abilities can join in with the full class.
